Our pricing policy on shipping
Our pricing policy on shipping charges is very simple, we aim to offer you the most competitive rates with speedy delivery. You can choose which of our levels of service best meet your requirements.

Shipping address / special instructions
We ship products from Monday to Friday to either your home or other address specified e.g. your work address. When placing the order you also have the option of providing us with any special delivery instructions, e.g. ‘please leave next door if out’.

Shipping times
Shipping times vary depending on service chosen and your shipping location.

High value items
All high value items regardless of size or weight are shipped using Business Post or Next Day delivery as these provide a better level of insurance for the customer.

Delivery Times
These delivery times are dependant on us having the item in stock. If we do not have the item available we will always attempt to advise you either by email or telephone.
