Every Rife putter features patented RollGroove face technology. These tightly spaced horizontal grooves leave a series of sharp contact surfaces called "land" between each groove.
This land area grips and lifts the ball at impact. Combined with only two degrees of loft the ball is launched just above the surface and released with a slight forward rotation.
This eliminates the typical knuckle ball produced by standard smooth faced putters that cause the ball to skip and skid before finally rolling.
